Education

As a first-generation college student, I was fortunate to receive powerful lessons about the power of education from my parents. Their unwavering belief in higher learning as a transformative force shaped my journey, and instilled in me a deep appreciation for knowledge and opportunity. Their sacrifices and encouragement fueled my determination to pursue higher education, and I earned a Master of Business Administration degree from California State University, San Bernardino in 2018.

EXPERIENCE

As an accomplished business leader, my journey in human resource management has been deeply rooted in service to others. Guided by a commitment to fostering growth, collaboration, and employee well-being, I am passionate about creating a better world through better workplaces. Most importantly, my parents instilled in me the value of hard work—a lesson that continues to drive me in my efforts to serve others.
